學校今年重新舉辦諾貝爾科普講座，經濟學的講座將由台大經濟系林明仁老師演講「國家為什麼會失敗？ Why Nations Fail: The Origins of Power, Prosperity, and Poverty」。
今年諾貝爾經濟學獎得主的領域是制度經濟學，研究一個國家的制度會如何影響經濟的發展，內容與政治、經濟都有關，非常推薦政治所學生聽講。
時間訂在11/18日（一）下午2-4點，地點：社科院3001。

葉浩老師的論文集《政治時差，時差政治》今年甫一出版旋即造成學術界與社會界人士們的廣泛討論。葉老師除了嘗試釐清台灣社會中不同政治敘述下共同體想像之間的歧異之外，也嘗試提出一種規範性政治理論來為歧異拓展出對話空間。本演講除了再次回顧本書的主要論點之外，也探討該理論如何回應東亞政治，尤其是中國與各國之間的「政治時差」問題。葉老師將以鄂蘭的思想為基礎論述出一種鄂蘭式的世界主義，來嘗試為這問題提出解答。
