本次演講除配合資料分析方法入之課程設計，不同於單獨的資料運用和處理，本次演講將向學生介紹SQL等資料庫的整合與運用方式，一方面增加學生對於資料處理的理解和想像，另一方面向學生介資料處理於非社科領域的應用方式和可能性。相對於R語言，SQL為實界更常使用之基礎程式言，將有助於學生日後就業和熟悉市場運作。
