在學期尾聲，政研所師生齊聚一堂，舉辦期末耶誕聚會，用一個溫暖又熱鬧的下午，為這段忙碌的學習旅程好好收尾。 活動中進行榮譽獎項頒發，肯定同學們這一學期的努力與成果；接著登場的才藝表演，讓現場掌聲不斷，也展現政研所同學學術之外的多元魅力。 現場氣氛最熱烈的時刻，除了驚喜連連的地獄交換禮物，還有擊劍趣味競賽登場，緊張又好笑的對戰過程，讓大家在歡呼聲中盡情釋放期末壓力。 最後的耶誕餐會，大家一邊享用美食、一邊自在交流，在輕鬆的節慶氛圍中迎接佳節。 謝謝每一位師生的參與，讓這場聚會成為學期末最難忘、也最有溫度的回憶之一。

這幾天政研所充滿濃濃「歐風」！我們非常榮幸接待了來自捷克查理大學（Charles University）以及波蘭雅捷隆大學（Jagiellonian University）的教授來訪。這兩所都是該國最頂的名校，而這兩個中東歐國家近期也積極深化與台灣的關係。或許是地緣政治的處境、以及對民主自由一路走來的艱辛與珍惜，都讓彼此惺惺相惜、互相扶持。我們非常重視這樣的國際交流，希望將更多頂尖學術資源帶給政研所的同學們。 此外，我們近期也將迎來一位義大利籍的博士生入學，同時也將有另一位義大利大學的博士研究生前來短期交流，他們都想來高雄研究台灣的地緣政治經濟議題。更令人期待的是，過一陣子還會有英國名校St Andrews University的教授來訪並進行專題演講。政研所將持續積極地促進我們與歐洲學校的交流，為同學開拓更多、更實質與歐洲國家大學交流學習的機會！ 最後，要與大家分享一個恐怕比國際交流更難得的時刻：我們終於找到了韋豪老師眼睛對焦的照片！拍了六張，竟然只有這麼一張眼睛是對焦的，真是普天同慶，錯過這張，下一張不知何時會出現？

講題：Online Public Opinion Analysis Using Various Sources 主講人：Ahmet Tulga（postdoctoral fellow）、林駿棋（postdoctoral fellow） 時間：2025年10月21日（二）10:30-12:30 地點：SS 3010-2 語言：雙語 活動亮點： This seminar talks about online public opinion. Two speakers will share their current research on online opinion employing different research methods. From a cross-country perspective (Taiwan & Germany), Dr. Lin explores how populist messages and styles or organizational factors influence Facebook users’ emotional reactions (e.g., anger). Dr. Tulga focuses on deepfake technology, which in recent years has been used for fraud, political manipulation, and reputational damage. He examines Taiwan’s engagement with deepfakes and how this interest has evolved, given that Taiwan has been exposed to nearly all forms of malic
