This talk will guide listeners to understand the international situation regarding Taiwan, especially how Taiwan struggles  between China and the United States. The talk, derived from formal theory, will also cover how so-called 1992 consensus has become one of bargaining chips for the postponement of the direct showdown negotiations under the Sino-US hegemony competition.
