個人簡介
陳至潔教授為美國加州大學爾灣分校政治學博士，2016年始任教於本所。陳教授的主要研究領域為國際規範與國際建制、國際關係史、國際關係理論、國際組織與規範、中共外交政策、人權與法治、東亞安全和政治經濟學、外交史等，近年致力於以文字探勘（Text Mining）的技術研究中國人權的議題，並主持多項相關研究計畫。近年開設課程有國際關係、亞太區域研究等。
